Cellular Reset System
Three connected layers of support. One thoughtful approach to cellular health.
Explore how Dr. Julia Ward brings together ozone / MAH, IV nutrition, and BrainTap to support the cellular environment, hydration and nutrients, and a more relaxed nervous system.
Ozone / MAH + IV Nutrition + BrainTap
The idea behind Cellular Reset
Creating a better environment for recovery.
Our cells depend on circulation and oxygen, the right nutrients, and a nervous system that can settle into a restorative state. In this video, Dr. Ward explains why these pieces belong in the same conversation.
Cellular Reset brings them together within individualized functional medicine care. Your history, sensitivities, clinical findings, and response guide what is appropriate and when.
The three-part system
Oxygen. Nutrients. Time to downshift.
Circulation, mitochondria, inflammation, and the nervous system are connected. Each component has a different role in Dr. Ward’s approach.
Ozone / MAH
Major autohemotherapy, or MAH, involves collecting a controlled amount of blood, exposing it to a carefully measured oxygen-ozone mixture, and returning it to the patient.
Dr. Ward discusses how this brief oxidative signal may influence the body’s antioxidant defenses, circulation, oxygen utilization, and mitochondrial pathways.
- Individualized amount and concentration
- Attention to sensitivity and tolerance
- Clinical screening before treatment
IV Nutrition
Cells also need raw materials. Nutritional IVs provide hydration and selected vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other nutrients.
The formulation is chosen around your health history, medications, laboratory findings, and goals. Dr. Ward explains its intended role in supporting cellular energy and recovery.
- Hydration and nutrient availability
- Individualized clinical selection
- Part of a broader care plan
BrainTap
BrainTap combines guided audio, binaural beats, rhythmic sounds, and gentle pulsing light to encourage a relaxed experience.
Instead of working or scrolling during treatment, this time becomes an opportunity to practice settling out of constant “go mode.” Suitability is reviewed with the care team.
- Guided relaxation during treatment
- A rhythm for the brain to follow
- Space for restorative downtime
Oxygen delivery & microcirculation
Oxygen saturation is only part of the picture.
A pulse oximeter measures oxygen saturation in the blood. It does not directly tell us how well oxygen reaches every tissue or how cells use it.
Dr. Ward explores the tiny vessels of the microcirculation, where oxygen and nutrients make the final journey toward cells. She connects this discussion to the potential role of ozone in circulation and cellular signaling.
“A full bus doesn’t help if nobody gets off.”
Dr. Ward’s analogy: red blood cells carry oxygen like buses carry passengers. Delivery matters as well as the amount being carried.
The glycocalyx: a protective vessel lining.
This thin, gel-like layer lines blood vessels and contributes to vessel protection and blood-flow sensing. Dr. Ward explains its connection with nitric oxide signaling and microvascular health.
A closer look with GlycoCheck
Understanding the smallest vessels.
At the clinic, GlycoCheck testing can provide insight into microvascular and glycocalyx health when appropriate. Findings are considered alongside your history, symptoms, and other clinical information.
Learn about GlycoCheck testing →Mitochondria & cellular energy
Energy starts inside the cell.
Mitochondria use oxygen and nutrients to produce ATP, the energy cells need for everyday function. The brain, muscles, immune system, and recovery processes all depend on that energy.
The video connects oxygen delivery, nutrient availability, and cellular signaling with this larger picture. These are the goals of supportive care, rather than a promise of a particular result.
Nervous system regulation
Recovery needs room to happen.
Stress can influence sleep, energy, digestion, focus, and recovery. The question is not whether life contains stress, but whether the nervous system can settle afterward.
BrainTap is one tool Dr. Ward uses to encourage relaxation. Nutrition, sleep, movement, gut health, hormones, and underlying health concerns still matter.
Your care, at your pace
Meet the body where it is.
More is not necessarily better. Dr. Ward explains that sensitive patients may need to begin gradually, or work on nervous system regulation and resilience before other therapies.
There is no universal treatment sequence or guaranteed outcome. The care team reviews suitability, risks, relevant testing, and your response before adjusting the plan.

Questions before you begin
Understanding Cellular Reset.
What is the Cellular Reset System?
Cellular Reset is Dr. Ward’s individualized approach combining ozone / MAH, IV nutrition, and BrainTap. It considers circulation and cellular signaling, hydration and nutrients, and nervous system relaxation as connected parts of care.
What is major autohemotherapy, or MAH?
MAH involves collecting a controlled amount of blood, exposing it to a measured oxygen-ozone mixture, and returning it to the patient. The amount and concentration are individualized by the clinician.
Why combine IV nutrition with BrainTap?
IV nutrition provides hydration and selected nutrients, while BrainTap offers guided relaxation. Dr. Ward discusses using treatment time to support the cellular environment and give the nervous system restorative downtime.
Is Cellular Reset suitable for everyone?
No. Your health history, medications, sensitivities, laboratory findings, and clinical priorities determine suitability. Some patients may need a gradual approach or foundational support first. Discuss benefits, risks, and alternatives with Dr. Ward.
Where should I start?
